Standard Features

• The closed system is efficient for fine cleaning and has dust free operation.
• The classifier is double deck system fitted with vibro motors.
• Supported with a Leg Aspirator and a centrifugal fan; fine dust is efficiently removed.
• Sieves are provided with rubber balls for self-cleaning with product specific size perforations which allow the segregation of over-size impurities, under-size impurities and cleaned product.
• The vibro motors are tuned to provide precise’ vibration and pulsating motion.

As the cleaned paddy passes through the Aspirator a remaining Fine dust / light weight impurities are removed.
